And you'll receive digital photos taken during the tour as a special gift! ■Add-ons If you would like to request any of the following options, please check the appropriate boxes on the reservation application form: - Request solo Canoe Option (For solo participants or those who prefer a single canoe) - Participation with your dog ■Regarding Children Under Elementary School Age Children who are 85 cm tall or taller are welcome to participate. ■Regarding Fees The fees may vary depending on the date, such as during the Golden Week period. ■Regarding Availability The real-time availability is reflected online. Times that are already fully booked will not be displayed. If there are only a few spots left (e.g., one seat remaining) and you cannot book for your desired number of participants, it will be indicated as "Unavailable." We apologize for the inconvenience, but please choose an alternate date. Please note that we do not accept waitlist requests for cancellations. ■Insurance Coverage Information We provide accident insurance coverage in case participants sustain injuries due to unforeseen accidents during the tour. Please assess if you need to purchase additional coverage for your needs. Insurance Provider: Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (Accident Insurance for Event Participants) - Death or Permanent Disability: 10 million yen - Daily Hospitalization Benefit: 5,000 yen per day - Daily Outpatient Benefit: 3,000 yen per day ■Regarding Change and Cancellation Fees The cancellation policy is provided below on this page. Changes to your reservation can be made once for free until 5:00 PM, four days prior to the tour. Any changes made after this time will be treated as a cancellation. ■Regarding Check-In on the Day of the Event Please ensure you use the restroom and change your clothes before gathering at the location (in front of the Iide Canoe Club hut). Check-in will begin 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Please note that this is not at Shirakawa-so. Additionally, during holiday periods, traffic congestion may occur, so we recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare. ■Regarding Changing Facilities There are no changing rooms available. If you need to change on-site, we will provide a pop-up tent. Please ask a staff member for assistance. For information regarding appropriate clothing, please refer to the plan details at the bottom of this page. ■Regarding Parking Please be aware that during certain periods, we may request a cooperation fee for parking. This fee is not included in the tour price, so kindly take note.
